Shopping stopover

In my latest post, I left off at my shopping stop-over, as there isn’t a nonstop flight from Paris to Barbados, most of the time, the stop over is in London … And a London stop-over isn’ t a drag, quite the reverse, you savour this stay !

So, Mathieu and I decided to be the Jetlag Knights and we spent the day in London. Or more precisely in the area of Oxford Street (we had only a few hours free, so we had to choose THE strategic location !).

And that’s why, after 2 weeks without doing any shopping, I found myself in the paradise of fashion … LONDON ! I just had the time to buy the cutest very latest things, like this wonderful blazer with these nice slouchy pockets …

  11. Quand je pense que je viens d’habiter 5 mois à Londres, à 5 minutes à pied de Oxford Circus… grrr, ça me manque! le blazer est sublime, et est bien mis en valeur avec le short en cuir noir.
    Comme quoi, le gris s’associe très bien avec le marron (il y a quelques années, j’aurais dit gris/noir + marron, ça casse tout, et en fait, pas du tout! )

    Pas d’avion = pas d’escale et c’est bien dommage !
    Cette veste est évidemment superbe, sut toi plus encore. Donc ça y est, c’est la rentrée ?
    Je serais presque triste si ne se profilait à l’horizon la perspective de découvrir tes autres achats et les plans d’enfer que tu vas nous dégoter (par exemple, les sneakers Isabel Marant, en plus beaux et moins chers ???)…

  76. Jolie tenue ! Le blazeeeuur (^^) est une très belle pièce ! Haha, j’ai le même t-shirt que toi, commandé sur La redoute. L’ensemble est mignon, mais je n’aime pas du tout les chaussures, permets-moi de critiquer … Elles sont “originales”, “vintage”, certes, mais pas féminines du tout … j’aurais mieux vu cette tenue avec une paire de low boots à talons ou des ballerines. Mais chacun ses goûts hein ! Elles te vont bien, ça change un peu, et donne un petit plus à ta tenue ! Et le rendu semble bien en photo !

    Let me say that the thing I appreciate most in you blog, is that you’re always so cute and your outfit are perfect for everyday! many of them are simple but always with a twist tahat makes the difference. After almost 2 year followig many blogs, just few are resting in my heart, and your’s is surely one of the best ever! Many blog becomes boring, other becomes just a “window” for the blogger, not for the clothes!     Tout le mode te rappelles toujours à quel point tu es mignonne et stylée et combien on adore ton blog.
    Mais je pense que le fait que tu écrives très bien contribue à la qualité de ton blog et au plaisir qu’on a à le visiter.
    Tes petits mots sont toujours frais, sans prise de tête. On ne vient pas ici pour lire des commentaires acerbes, des querelles de chiffonnières…
    Je pense que derrière tes jolies poses, tu travailles aussi ton image à travers tes mots : simples et souvent amusants, s’ils ont d’apparence l’air léger, ils laissent pourtant transparaître une fille équilibrée et ouverte.
    Je trouve également que tu laisses juste apercevoir quelques brides de ta vie privée, sans te rependre sur la toile, chose que bcp de blogueuses regrettent après coup… (Je pense d’ailleurs que lorsqu’on laisse de parfaits inconnus immiscer dans sa vie privée, ça cache un grand vide affectif !)
    Je disais donc juste assez pour contenter ton public, oui, je crois que certaines voudraient tout savoir de toi, tu es assez fascinante comme nana… Je confesse pour ma part que ma journée commence toujours par un petit tour par ici. Et comme je le disais, je prends autant de plaisir à te lire qu’à voir tes photos.
    Après bien sûr, je ne te connais pas personnellement et ne suis pas en train de dire que tu es parfaites… Juste que t’as “l’air” d’être une fille bien.

  232. Ta vachement de la chance, 1 journée à Londres !!! C’est vrai que ton blazer gris est fashion !! Trop beau ton tee-shirt blanc, rentré dans ton short en cuir noir !! Ton collier au pendentif XXL est vraiment sympa, on dirait un Mickey à l’envers ! Ta pochette est magnifique, j’adore, ta fait de la lanière en perle du sac, un espèce de bijoux de main. Je n’aime pas du tout tes souliers par contre, excuse moi mais je trouve cela un peu “Mémé” !!

    Moi j’aurais une question concernant ton blazer, je l’avais vu sur le site de topshop, mais le revoir ici, – porté à merveille et joliment mis en valeur par ta beauté naturelle -, me pousse encore plus à vouloir l’acheter, seulement il n’est disponible qu’en “brown”
