Spanish boots♡

Voilà comment l’Espagne m’a réconcilié avec Zara. Juste par principe, payer 20% moins cher qu’ici en France ça me suffit amplement à me faire dire Bingo ! Bingo à cette paire de compensées et Bingo à cette veste en soldes 12€ ….. sans rire !)

Cette veste qui pèse pas loin du quintal et qui m’a obligé à revoir mes plans de valise … Petit flash back :

- Miami, ma valise dépasse de 7kg le poids autorisé, je suis obligée d’acheter une seconde valise sur place et de transférer les 7 kg de trop dans la nouvelle ! Pfiou!

- Londres : Oups 5kg en trop, ils sont cool chez Air france, ils s’en fichent : Pfiou numéro 2 !

- Pas envie de me faire avoir cette fois ci, j’ai trouvé la technique ! Voyager LOURD en enfilant mes fringues et mes chaussures les plus lourdes, je ressemble donc à un gros bibendum, j’ai mal aux pieds avec mes boots et puis j’ai chauuud !! Allez je vous laisse deviner la suite : Moment fatidique du pesage : Ma valise ne pèse plus rien et j’ai même 4kg de rab … Aargh : je suis un gros bibendum suant et enragé !!! Bon y’a t-il une morale à cette histoire ? Non même pas! C’est ça le pire !

That’s how Spain restored my faith in Zara. Just on principle, because paying 20 % less than here in France, is more than enough to make me think Bingo ! Bingo for these wedges and Bingo for this jacket in sale at 12 € … and I’m not joking !

This jacket that weighs not far off 100 kg and that makes me revise the organization in my suitcase … Flashback :

Miami, my suitcase exceeds over 7 kg the weight limit, I have to buy a second suitcase on the spot and put the excess weight of 7 kg inside ! Pooh !

London, Oups, it’s 5 kg over weight, They are cool by Air France, they don’t care : Pooh # 2 !

This time, I don’t let myself be taken in, I’ve got the right technique ! Travel HEAVY and put on my heaviest clothes and shoes, that’s the way I look like a Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, my feet hurt in my boots and I’m waaaarm !! Come on, you can imagine the rest : the fateful moment of weighing my suitcase : it weighs next to nothing and there’s even 4 kg left … Aargh : I’m a fat Stay Puft Marshmallow Man, sweaty and furious !!! Well, the moral of this story ? There’s even none ! That’s the worst of it all !

  21. Haha that’s so recognizable! When I went to Barcelona last october I took 29 pounds of luggage WITH me! I was so embarrassed!

    But I also shopped like crazy over there, so at the end I throwed some stuff away, used the space at my bf’s suitcase, made my carry-on baggage as heavy as possible and wore the heaviest thing! And it worked haha!

Tout le monde ne pourrait pas se le permettre… allez dis-moi ton secret, c’est pas avec les donuts et les pâtisseries que tu peux te permettre une plastique pareil : d’accord tu as une technique de sudation pour les voyages en avion mais avoue que tu sues 2h par jour au fitness, avoue !! (sinon je meurs, c’est pas juste XD) En tout cas, la veste est superbe (jamais vue par ici), je suis moins fan des compensées, mais j’adore l’association (sur toi) body gaga-esque x bf jean (c’est quel référence en Levis celui là car ils en ont plusieurs ?).

  28. Betty, ce body est à tomber par terre et même plus bas, forcément il te va extrêmement bien et puis c’est d’un élégance… Ahhh j’aime beaucoup trop.
    J’ai acheté ces bottes il y a 5 jours à Barcelone, elles sont vraiment très belles et la veste je l’avais vu mais son poids m’a rebuté, quand je vois le mixte des deux je regrette…

It’s true that in another countries Zara is more expensive, but in Spain all people wear Zara clothes, althought in the last few years, it is more expensive in Spain too, nowadays a pretty heeled Zara Woman shoes cost 50-60 € but there are ballerinas for 10 € too. :) kisses!

    1) The jacket. I’m eyeing it since september, but I never bought it beacuse of the huge price (in italy 130 euros if I’m not wrong…) and the exagereate weight! I prayed to find it on sale, but for the moment… still nothing :( I’ve got some hope for the final reductions.12 euros are such a bargain!! :)
    2) The wedges. WOW this are amazing! I didin’t saw them in Italy! are they from a/w collection or from the s/s one’s? I’ve the pair “mosts seen on bloggers” in suede and I love them, they’re one of the most comfortable shoes ever!
    said that, obviously I love, love, love the entire look. Just perfect as usual Betty!

    Bon pour Londres, déja faut prendre l’eurostar : t’as le droit à 2 valises et pas de poids maximum (utile quand tu déménage crois moi…).
    Sinon mettre tout sur moi, je connais trop bien la chanson : retour de Glasgow, ryanair est une compagnie de merde qui ne t’autorise qu’a un baggage à main (ça inclus le sac à main) donc direction les toilettes avec ma potes pour enfiler jupe / pulls tout ce qu’on peut. Opération inverse dès qu’on a dépassé le checking… Comme quoi ça sert vraiment à rien !!

    non mais vraiment aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa car moi les compensés j’en ai essayé des paires et des paires mais j’arrive jamais à marcher avec, j’ai l’air d’une cruche…alors que chez zara justement ou d’habitude je ne trouve jamais rien, il y avait bien une paire qui me faisait de l’oeil avec laquelle j’arrivais a marcher (oui oui!) mais soldées à 59€ encore trop cher pour moi (c’est des SOLDES on a dit!) donc voilà heureuse que tu aies trouvé ton bonheur moi en matière de shoes je cherche encore…

Lol j’ai fait la même chose pour aller à Stockholm, bien sûr ce n’était que stratégie pour le poids de cette satanée valise, sauf qu’une fois dans l’avion , alors que je pose à mon chéri les sempiternelles questions “comment tu me trouves?-est ce que je suis belle? nanana..”, il me répond, alors que j’étais en jean , enfilade de gros pulls et Docs qu’il aimerait que je me féminise un peu … Argghhh! Ahh Betty, tu as bien de la chance d’avoir un bon Zara pas loin de chez toi, j’habite dans un coin pommé, le Zara le plus proche est à Dijon et il n’y a absolument jamais rien de ce que je veux! Je parle notamment de ses chaussures, que j’avais déjà essayé d’avoir en daim, mais impossible, je désespère d’avoir ses chaussures un jour!!

    Voici un moment que je te suis et que j’adore ton travail…Et en voyant ces compensées, j’ai couru les trois Zara de ma ville en espérant qu’elles n’existent pas qu’en Espagne, et au troisième…BINGO!!!! Alors pour information (cf les questions ci-dessus), je les ai payées 89,90euros…Elles sont en cuir (c’est ce que je me suis dit pour oublier ce douloureux prix lorsque j’ai donné ma cb!).Elles sont magnifiques, mais très très hautes!D’ailleurs la vendeuse s’est inquiétée de savoir si je les avais bien essayées “car elles sont sublimes, mais wouah, hautes”…(commentaire pas du tout déstabilisant quand on passa à la caisse!). Bref tout cela pour dire que même si j’adore tout ce que tu portes Betty, et ce, depuis longtemps, c’est la première fois que je COURS acheter quelque chose que tu portes…D’habitude tu m’inspires, mais je ne te copie pas, mais là…merci pour ce joli coup de “pompes” que tu m’as donné…
