Cindarella in the metro
Yesterday night was the second time I took out my crazy shoes ! I prayed a lot for this didn’t happen to me ! Everything went well, I just had to concentrate a little ! In any case, I’m sure such things happen when we least expect them …
For example, the last time with my Melissa shoe, that was jammed in a stair in the Métro ( normal stairs, not an escalator, don’t worry !). I had to retrace my steps, hopping over to my left shoe that was 2 meters behind me to unjam the heel ! . An old lady, seeming amused by this scene, said : “Oh ! It’s Cinderella in the Métro !” Haha ; so nice !
The worst of it is what happens after … How to start off with dignity, with my head held high, in the middle of the crowd ? How to pretend that I couldn’t care less, even if I’m red with embarrassment ! How ? The next time I’ll try to run my fingers through my hair like the girl on the video (and hope that there never will be a next time again !). xxx
