Faz mais de 10 anos que eu não vinha a Nova Iorque, todas as minhas viagens anteriores pra cá tinham sido antes de 11 de setembro de 2001. Então estou morrendo de vontade de explorar a cidade de novo, com olhos de adulta dessa vez, com o Mathieu e, sobretudo, passar a noite de reveillon na Times Square! (E de ser filmada fazendo tchauzinho e passar no jornal das 8 de vários canais de TV no dia seguinte) Haha brincadeira, não, por favor!

Então antes da contagem regressiva para o ano novo começar, coloco minhas sapatilhas, uma bolsa atravessada e pronto! Nova Iorque, aí vamos nós! Beijão xx

Quand tu vas rentrer, ce sera mon tour de partir (va-t-on trouver un créneau à Roissy CDG pour se croiser ? haha) alors je compte sur toi pour me dégoter des bons plans que je ne connais pas déjà (mon dossier NYC est énorme et bien garni alors je te mets au défi) ! Je suis un peu à la ramasse niveau fripes ! Un petit détour par les boutiques de Kiehl’s et de M.A.C est obligatoire à NYC n’est-ce pas, et vous connaissant un peu à toi et Mathieu je vous y voie déjà (surtout Mathieu rayon fard à paupières hin hin hin)
    Ah oui, et la patinoire de Noël près du Rockefeller Center, un match de base ball au Yankee Stadium et de basket au Madison Square pour regarder davantage les cheerleaders que les joueurs !!
    Vous avez un temps magnifique en tout cas ! Bon séjour ♥

If you plan on standing in time square to watch the ball drop make sure you go to the bathroom before, I’ve heard horror stories of people being trapped because of the crowd and not able to go to the bathroom anywhere because all the shops are closed or will not allow public bathroom use. Just a little helpful tip incase!

  163. you probably won’t read this but we will be in the city at the same time! we will be leaving tomorrow! we will not be on times square because our hotel is in tribeca (the greenwich), so dinner at the blaue gans it is! i am sure that you get enough dinner recommendations but here are some more: pastis, the spotted pig, the mercer kitchen, gemma, the lambs club, … my favorite store:marc by marc jacobs in the west village!
