Paris, the Christmas Spirit

Paris au mois de décembre, ou plutôt, l’immense marché de Noël des Champs Elysées, la grande roue place de la Concorde, les magnifiques vitrines Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Kenzo et Dior de l’Avenue Montaigne et l’Avenue George V, quelques marrons chauds, tout ça en talons ( et oui là quand même ça fait mal les talons, que de révélations ces derniers jours : j’ai froid et j’ai mal sur 10cm !! ). Bon début de semaine …

Paris in December, or rather, the vast Christmas Market on the Champs Elysées, the Ferris Wheel on the place de la Concorde, the wonderful shop windows by Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Kenzo and Dior on the Avenue Montaigne and Avenue George V, a few roast chestnuts, and me, walking on my heel shoes (well, all the same, this time my feet hurt. What a lot of revelations I made these days ! : I’m cold, my feet hurt on 10 cm heel shoes !!). Have a great week …

    Sympa les photos, perso j’ai horreur de me balader du coté des galeries et des champs en décembre, au bout de 5min j’ai des envie de balancer des cocktail molotov de partout au milieu de toute cette foule qui s’accumule, piétine et se bouscule… -__-

I’ve been to Paris many times before, but only during the spring or summertime!     Je suis émerveillée par tes images, ces lumières, ces vitrines…
    Les jolies poupées russes géantes de Kenzo sont impressionnantes, c’est vrai.
    Sinon, ça suffit les 10cm, ma pauvre chérie… attends au moins que le temps soit plus clément…
    ET si tu as mal le soir en rentrant, je te conseille de passer te chercher les chaussons en velours Rykiel pour H&M…

  73. J’adore Paris dans sa version “Noël”. C’est juste magnifique. Faudrait que j’aille aussi faire un tour à ce fameux marché de Noël, depuis le temps qu’on m’en parle.
    Mais dis moi… même avec ce manteau, tu n’avais pas froid ? En plus, vu tout le parcours que tu as dû faire, ça ne m’étonne pas que tu aies mal sur 10cm.

  118. Ballade féerique… pour une courageuse sur talons hauts! J’avoue que, si je passe mes journées de boulot sur des talons de 10 cm (Louboutin ou Manolo, de préférence), … j’ai toujours à portée de main mes ballerines plates ( Repetto ), dès que je dois marcher plus longtemps!!!!!

    très embêtant , et puis j’hésite puisque je ne suis

  121. Juliie: les chaussures en elles mêmes sont très confortables, le problème vient de la station debout pénible au bout de quelques heures sans s’asseoir, ça fait ça avec tous les talons, donc c’est risqué pour tous les talons, un risque à prendre selon moi ;)

  181. Paris à Noël, vraiment maginifique je l’avoue. Pour y avoir déjà goutée, ça fait rêver, et tes photos y participent amplement !
    Côté fringue, tu n’as pas précisé d’ou venait ton short. C’est exactement le style que je recherche depuis des mois… !!! Vends le moi, ou contentes toi de me vibrer en me disant d’ou il vient même si je crains que ce soit une vieille acquisition.
